Purpose
The Corporate Sustainable Development Committee assists the board of directors in continuously promoting corporate sustainability and enhancing corporate governance to achieve the goal of sustainable operations.
Responsibilities
Its responsibilities shall include the following:

Formulating the directions, strategies, and goals for corporate sustainable development, as well as drafting relevant management guidelines and specific implementation plans.

Tracking, reviewing, and revising the implementation and effectiveness of corporate sustainable development.

Supervising the disclosure of sustainability-related information and reviewing the sustainability report.

Overseeing the business related to the company's sustainable development practice guidelines or other matters resolved by the board of directors to be handled by this committee.
