On October 21, 2025, Ambassador Peter Lan, Representative of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Thailand, led a delegation to visit Jinpao Precision Co., Ltd. in Thailand. The delegation was warmly received by Chairman Mr. Kuo-Sung Chung, and both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on business development and local operations.

On September 3, 2025, Jinpao Precision Industry Co., Ltd. visited the Cooperative Education Center of Suranaree University of Technology, located in Nakhon Ratchasima Province in Thailand, to conduct a guest lecture and participate in a student development and recruitment event.
The event was warmly received by faculty members and university staff. The keynote speaker was Mr. Thanavisit Ayutthaya, Manager of the Lean & Academy Transformation Project at Jinpao Co., Ltd., who represented the company and shared insights with students across various academic levels.
The lecture was titled:
“Approaches to Enhancing Student Potential and Understanding Technologies Related to Industry 4.0.”

JPP-KY Group Sub-subsidiary Europe Jinpao Acquires French Company Segnere.
On August 1st, 2025, JPP-KY Group’s sub-subsidiary, Europe Jinpao, officially announced the acquisition of French company Segnere. This marks the fourth French company acquired by Jinpao and represents a strategic entry into the aerospace sheet metal segment, securing a position in the French defense supply chain as a Tier 1 supplier to Dassault Aviation. This acquisition further strengthens Jinpao’s footprint in the European aerospace industry.
The board of directors of Jinpao officially approved the full acquisition of Segnere by its sub-subsidiary Europe Jinpao through a cash transaction. The acquisition agreement was signed and finalized on July 31. Beyond integrating the resources of Jinpao’s French subsidiaries, this move enhances the company’s core aerospace capabilities and establishes a vertically integrated production network within France.
Segnere specializes in sheet metal parts manufacturing and structural assembly. Together with Jinpao’s other French subsidiaries—ADB (milling parts), LUTEC (turning parts), and SPEM (surface treatment)—the group now forms a vertically integrated manufacturing chain capable of providing end-to-end critical components production for clients such as Airbus and Dassault.
Through the acquisition of Segnere, Jinpao expands its dual-use (military and civilian) production capacity in France and successfully enters the French defense supply chain as a Tier 1 supplier to Dassault Aviation, further consolidating its leadership in the European aerospace sector.

On July 17, 2025, Ms. Kanchana Phulkaew, Inspector-General of the Ministry of Labour, along with her delegation, visited Jinpao Co., Ltd. to observe and assess the company's operations. The visit was part of the Ministry’s regular inspection program, focusing on workforce management, employment of migrant workers, technological innovation—particularly Industry 4.0 applications—and collaboration with educational institutions.
During the visit, company representatives presented a comprehensive report outlining the company’s business direction and human resource strategies, including initiatives to promote skilled labor and youth development. On June 5 th, 2025, representatives from Jinpao Precision Industry Co., Ltd. attended the National Tree Planting Day event held in Bang Pa, Nakorn Pathom Province, Thailand. Welding Robotics Competition 2025 National Runner-up
The 2025 Welding Robotics Competition was held during the International Machinery Manufacturing Technology Exhibition (INTERMACH 2025) from May 14th to 16 th, 2025, at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center (BITEC), Thailand.

Jinpao was awarded the Contribution Award by the Ministry of Education of Thailand.
On April 1st, 2025, Jinpao Precision Industry Co., Ltd. participated in the 2025 Ministry of Education Contributor Recognition Ceremony held at the Deeyapha Teachers' Council Hall.
At the event, Mr. Thanavisit, Manager of Jinpao Lean Department, accepted the award on behalf of the company. Jinpao Precision Thailand's fully automated paint factory held a groundbreaking ceremony.
In order to achieve customer needs and release the bottleneck of the company's production line, Jinpao Precision held a groundbreaking ceremony for the fully automated paint factory in Thailand on the newly purchased land on March 10, and it is expected to be completed and put into production early on 2026.
In response to the market situation, the current automated paint factory has insufficient capacity. In order to release the production bottleneck, after the approval of the board of directors, it was announced in 2024 that it would spend 230 million Thai baht to purchase 12 rai of land (equivalent to about 6238 pings), and planned a new automated spray painting line of more than 2,000 square meters (about 600 pings).
The construction of the plant, including related facilities and equipment, will cost approximately 160 million baht and is expected to be completed in early 2026. By then, the plant will be able to double its painting capacity to serve more customers and achieve one-stop production operations.

Jinpao Precision Industry Company is a professional manufacturer focusing on the production and manufacturing of precision components. On January 22 th, 2025, Jinpao Precision Industry Company, under the leadership of Chairman Mr. Chung, had the honor of hosting Thailand Minister of Labor, Mr. Pipat Ratchakitprakarn, and his delegation for an official visit. The delegation toured the facilities and received briefings on product development, manufacturing processes, and quality control policies. The visit also included discussions deeply on supporting skills development aligned with the goals of Industry 4.0.
In addition to visiting the product showroom and observing workshop operations, the Minister highly praised the professionalism and technical skills of the workforce.

The Department of Skill Development and Phra Dabos Foundation visited Jinpao to discuss and promote the development of labor quality in the era of Industry 4.0
On December 21, 2024, the Department of Skill Development of Nakhon Si Alam and Phra Dabos Foundation visited Jinpao with the purpose of
visiting metal precision work and understanding various production processes, including discussing academic cooperation in various fields to improve the quality of the workforce.
The purpose of this visit is to create cooperation and knowledge exchange between organizations, jointly develop social and inter-community exchanges, and emphasize the development opportunities under the concept of "Industry 4.0". They are deeply interested in a new technological innovation Cobot introduced by Jing Bao Co., Ltd., which can perform quality inspections with high precision.
During the visit, we observed the health checkup activities of Jinpao employees. The checkup items covered: blood analysis, blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipid measurement, and health risk assessment based on the employees’ age and work characteristics.

Jinpao contributed to the 2024 National Vocational Education Robotics Competition and received a certificate of honor from the Ministry of Education.
On June 16, 2024, Jinpao received a certificate of honor from the Minister of Education, Phemphun Chidchob, to thank Jinpao for its support and welfare for the 2024 National Vocational Education Robotics Competition. The 2024 National Vocational Education Robotics Competition, which consists of the preliminary round and the national championship, will be held from June 11 to 16, 2024. 2024 Jinpao Workplace Mechanical Teacher Skill Development.
On April 22, 2024, Jinpao held the opening ceremony of the "2024 Jinpao Workplace Mechanical Teacher Skill Development" project. Jinpao held an automated robot competition in Thailand today on 26th March 2024, with a first prize of 300,000 Thai baht, the highest prize in Thailand's history. The chairman Chung Kuo Sung said that the Jinpao Automation Competition mainly promotes the potential of Thai youth in the field of technology that supports Industry 4.0, and the Automated Robot Transportation Competition has been held for two consecutive years. It is a robot design competition for higher education or vocational education levels. It is understood that Jinpao continues to hold automation competitions, in addition to the need for relevant talents in the factory, it can also affect the company's reputation. Chung Kuo Sung said that the theme of this year's competition is "Transportation/Logistics/Storage", simulating the transportation system of the factory production line to achieve autonomous transportation and execution of tasks. The Jinpao Precision Automation Robot Competition covers three academic levels: high school, junior college and university, and offers the highest competition prize in Thailand's history. Jinpao Precision Industry Co., Ltd. won the 2023 White Flag Green Star Award.
On January 19, 2024, Jinpao was awarded the "White Flag with Green Star Flag" and Certificate of Honor by IEAT (Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand). In recognition of its management practices in promoting the sustainable development of Thai industry, or the Green Star Award project.
The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) announced the list of industrial zone factories with good-excellent environmental management ratings in 2023. Ms. Saranaya Maneechai whom is the department manager, attended the event on behalf of the company and participated in receiving the "White Flag with Green Star Flag" and Certificate of Honor.
The event was presided over by Professor Veera Iss Ammarpal, Director General of the Association of Honorary Industrial Estates Authority of Thailand (IEAT). The flag certificate of honor was presented by Deputy Governor Atthaphon Chirawatcharoen.
The Green Star Award project has been implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry of Thailand since 2007.
Mataphut was the first implementation site of the project, and the project was subsequently expanded to other industry associations across the country from 2007 to 2023.
The purpose of this project is to encourage factories and institutions to adhere to the principles of good governance standards in environmental management.
