Supplier Management

Jinpao adheres to the principles of integrity and sustainable development, implementing a rigorous auditing and management mechanism in its supply chain management. All suppliers must sign a contract before cooperation, clearly stipulating compliance with standards regarding integrity, occupational safety and health, labor rights, and environmental protection. If any violation of relevant laws is deemed detrimental to trust by the company, the company reserves the right to terminate or cancel the contract. The company also continuously works with customers and suppliers to promote green product management, regularly revising operating processes to incorporate the latest environmental and regulatory requirements, ensuring that products comply with the environmental regulations of global customers and various regions and providing environmentally friendly products, fulfilling its responsibilities and mission as a green enterprise.

Furthermore, the company has an internal audit and evaluation mechanism to regularly audit existing and potential suppliers, ensuring that they meet the company's sustainability requirements in terms of quality, environment, and social responsibility. In cooperation with customers and suppliers over the years, the company adheres to the principles of information transparency and equal rights and obligations for both parties, ensuring fair, stable, and sustainable cooperation.

Operating locations or suppliers that may face risks related to freedom of association and collective bargaining:

Jinpao has no operating locations or suppliers that violate or pose a significant risk to workers' rights to freedom of association or collective bargaining. The main operating location, Thailand, is a member of the United Nations and the International Labor Organization (ILO). Therefore, local labor laws are incorporated into and comply with ILO standards and international human rights conventions. The company also has a "Labor and Human Rights Policy," which explicitly states the principle of freedom of association in Section 8, with Article 8.1 stating: "The Company respects the right of all employees to form, join or not join trade unions, or participate in other organizations at their own discretion." This policy not only complies with international human rights standards but also serves as one of the bases for the company's daily management and auditing of supply chain partners.

Significant Risks of Child Labor and Forced Labor Incidents at Operating Locations and Suppliers

Our key operating location is Jinpao (Thailand), which complies with Thai labor protection laws and prohibits the employment of children under the age of 15. Furthermore, Jinpao (Thailand) conducts strict screening during the recruitment stage, hiring only employees aged 18 and above. In 2024, Jinpao had no operating locations or suppliers with any instances of child labor violations. There were also no operating locations or suppliers with a high risk of forced labor incidents.
