Human Resources Overview
As of December 31, 2024, Jinpao had a total of 1,513 employees, including 1,492 full-time employees (98.61% of the total) and 21 part-time employees (contract workers) (1.39% of the total). In addition to the 1,513 full-time employees, as of December 31, 2024, Jinpao had 31 non-employee workers, all of whom were interns in industry-academia collaborations with local universities. Of these, 29 were production line technical interns and 2 were office interns. There were no significant fluctuations in the number of employees or non-employee workers during the reporting period or compared to previous periods.
Jinpao's main business locations are in Taiwan, Thailand and France. Local employees are the preferred hire group, with local employment rates exceeding 100%, 89.15%, and 96.67% respectively. Jinpao strictly adheres to labor laws and regulations of the relevant government authorities and has never employed child labor. When employing foreign nationals, it follows the relevant regulations of the respective local laws. Regarding workplace location, 91.87% of employees are in Thailand, the main operating base, while the remaining 8.13% are in Taiwan and France.
Jinpao values diversity and workplace inclusion. Employee recruitment, compensation, and benefits are not differentiated based on gender, age, nationality, race, religion, or job position. The male-to-female employee ratio is approximately 1:0.57. Because Jinpao operates in the sheet metal processing industry, which is skewed towards physical and technical labor, the proportion of male employees is higher than that of female employees. Human Rights Policy
To uphold the company's commitment to respecting human rights, Jinpao adheres to local labor and related laws and regulations in its operating locations and has established human rights policies. As a foreign-invested company in Thailand, Jinpao is subject to high standards from the local government's labor department, requiring it to develop relevant management and salary policies and procedures, conduct annual training programs, and undergo government inspections and evaluations. The company values employee rights and respects employee opinions, providing anonymous suggestion boxes. Employees can use open communication channels to voice their concerns to the HR department or appropriate senior management, ensuring smooth communication and positive relationships.
