Jinpao Precision Industry Co., Ltd. operates a mold manufacturing business. Manufacturing of spare parts, molds, electronic components, recognizes the safety and health of employees and stakeholders, and therefore strives to reduce and prevent risks, hazards and accidents. In the event that there is an opportiunity to arise and improve the business operation to be safe, therefore in order to serve as a guideline and framework for defining and revewing the operational objectives on occupational health and safety, the Company would like to set up the following policies:

1. Safety is the responsibility of every employee as part of the action.

2. Manager, Supervisors, Foreman, Leader are directly responsible for controlling and supervising the safety of employees and company assets.

3. Reduce and prevent the risk of injury and work-related illness, accidential loss, fire, property damage and non-compliance with the safety system, occupational health and environment requirements.

4. Comply with relevant regulations, laws and standards on occupational safety, health and working condictions at all times.

5. Support resources for the implementation of activities related to occupational health and safety, incluidng training and monitoring to provide employees woth knowledge and understanding of working safety.

6. Commit to continually developand improve safety, occupational health and working environment systems throughout the organization.

7. Periodic review of the occupational health, dafety and environment management system including monitoring and measuring efficiency and effectiveness in order to be continuously developed and improved.

The Company's safety policy will be reviewed at least once a year and in order to achieve the above safetu policy goals, the Company asks all employees of all levels to acknowledge and take the safety policy seriously.

 The company has been introducing the occupational safety and health management system ISO 45001 (OHSMS) since the beginning of 2024 to improve the foundation of the organizational risk management strategy and enable the company to more systematically protect the health and safety of employees and others. It is expected to obtain certification by the end of the year .
